1. Allowed cases for refund and exchange.

- Requesting for refund/exchange on personal issue are allowed for 30 days after receiving. (Shipping payment will be customer's responsibility.)

- If wrapping is opened or product has been damaged, refund/exchange are not allowed.

- For inquiries, please contact via Q&A in Website.

2. Prohibited cases for refund/exchange

- If included goods/hangtags have been lost or damaged.

- When shipped without goods/hangtags.

- If tag has been removed from the product or any of the included goods are missing. Also, if the product has been worn and value of the product has been damaged.

- If some kind of pollutant is on the product including cosmetics.

- If product has been damaged or lost by conditions that are responsible to customer.

- If product's value has been lost or dimished by timebeing.

- If refund/exchange has been requested solely by customer's mind change. (Color difference made by monitor's resolution.)

※ For refund/exchanges made with customer's mind change, shipping fee for refund is customer's responsibility.

※ If original product's issue is reason for the request, shipping fee for the refund/exchange will be charged by MUCA.
